The inspiration for the identity of the Yes You Can sophrology clinic was the kaleidoscope, which originally comes from a Greek word that means "to see beautiful forms". It represents an analogy to the process of sophrology, which combines visualization, relaxation and breathing techniques to increase self-awareness to develop one's potential. Strategically, it was important to convey a complex yet organized universe, which is taking shape as we seek self-knowledge, and the colors that vibrate as the essence of each person.
